This session will take you through traits, intentions, characteristics, and look into methods to drive change that can make you a great leader.  You will learn tools of the trade that are critical to your professional success.  We will touch on topics like: communication, facilitation, trust, motivation, empathy, change and transformation, managing conflict and stakeholders, and building teams.
