Amy Bryant, Organizational Change Manager at HealthPartners

Amy Bryant is an Organizational Change Manager in IT at HealthPartners where she currently leads change efforts on a highly visible, multi-million-dollar enterprise IT Microsoft Cloud implementation program. As an independent consultant for several years, she helped clients like General Mills, Optum, and The Social Lights succeed in the digital space before arriving at HealthPartners as a Sr. Communications Consultant. Amy’s approach is practical, warm, and grounded in the psychology of change management, which enables her to consult with and coach leaders and project teams to create and implement plans that maximize employee change adoption, promote greater collaboration, and ensure effective communication. She’s certified in Prosci Change Management, Intrinsic Coaching, and Art of Hosting facilitation (World Café and Open Space Technology).

Tricia Conway, MA, PMP, Senior Program Manager at M Health Fairview

Tricia Conway leads the Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within IT at M Health Fairview. She built the operational engagement strategy for IT in 2018 and is currently helping establish the broader change management practice for the organization. Tricia came to healthcare after a 10+ career in higher education where she served as a change and communications practitioner for an $80M software upgrade. She received her Master’s in strategic communications from the University of Minnesota. During that time, her research focused on the use of fear appeals in advertising to promote health-related behavior change in teens. Tricia is certified in project management (PMP) and Prosci’s change management methodologies.

Susan Heinlein, Co-Founder of Illume Decision Hub and Bamboo Partners

Susan is founder and co-owner of Bamboo Partners. She has over 25 years experience working with companies to accelerate results and strategy execution. Susan combines real life experience in business planning, business performance reporting, pricing, value proposition development and communication, change management and process design and improvement with a down to earth style that draws attention to what is critical and helps organizations take the actions needed to be successful. Previous to founding Bamboo Partners, Susan was a partner at Korn Consulting Group and spent 10 years at Ameriprise and GE in senior roles in finance, pricing and operations. Prior to GE, Susan spent 10 years at Honeywell in broad range of Finance roles including international roles in Asia. Susan holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Business and a BA in Business Administration from St. Catherine University. She is a Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt.

Manish Kalra, Program Manager at Fairview 

Manish is a passionate, hands-on, information technology professional with over 15 years of experience in leading all phases of diverse projects, programs and cross functional teams across the organizational and global spectrum. He is currently working as a "Program Manager" at Fairview Health services. An active PMI MN member and a volunteer since 2014, Manish is currently serving his second term on the Board as Director of Finance, where he manages financial planning and strategy to ensure proper reporting on budget performance. Manish is also a passionate Diversity champion and a vocal LGBTQ advocate within his organization and the community, and serves on non profit boards in twin cities. Due to his advocacy and community service, Manish was awarded the prestigious Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal "Business of Pride honoree" in 2019. 

Karyn Kroening, CSM, PMI-ACP, Senior Project Manager at RBA, Inc.

Karyn is a servant leader with extensive project management experience working in the information technology and services industry with a focus on agile methods and organization change management best practices.
