Last year PMI (Project Management Institute) introduced a new PMP exam that draws from both Agile, Hybrid and traditional waterfall. The exam is difficult, but a PMP Exam prep class will make you feel more confident as you prepare. In addition, this class serves as the mandatory 35 hours needed to apply to sit for the exam.
