Michael T. Clark , Director of Enterprise IT Operations & Security , Andersen Corporation

Mike Clark has responsibility for the leadership of IT operations supporting all three Andersen divisions. This includes technology infrastructure and information security.

Mike began his employment with Andersen in 1997 leading various infrastructure and application teams and projects. He has focused on technology strategy, governance and program management. Prior to joining Andersen, Mike spent four years at Ernst & Young LLP as a CPA in roles that included financial audit, information technology audit and information security consulting.

He holds a bachelor of science degree double major in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Drake University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He has held certifications as a Certified Public Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Microsoft Systems Engineer and Project Management Professional.

His non-profit service has extended two decades. He has served as board chair and is a volunteer for FamilyMeans; a human services non-profit organization based in Stillwater, Minnesota. He has also served as board chair and is a volunteer for Neighborhood House; a multi-cultural human services non-profit organization based in St. Paul, Minnesota.


Jason Jackson, HR Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, HealthPartners

Jason serves as a HR Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for HealthPartners. He holds a M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Policy Development and B.A. in Communications Studies from the University of Minnesota. Jason has served as the director of the Lealtad-Suzuki (Multicultural) Center in the Department of Multicultural Life at Macalester College, where he led programmatic efforts centered on social justice that promoted the growth and development of students and the institution. He’s written curriculum on race and identity and taught courses in the U of M’s Leadership Studies department and served the assistant director of the Gender and Sexuality Center (GSC) for Queer and Trans Life where his work centered supporting students of color, and enhancing educational efforts for staff, faculty, students, and outreach across the University. Jason co-founded the group Tongues Untied, an educational and community building space for Queer and Trans BIPOC, and also cofounded the Annual Upper Midwest Queer and Trans BIPOC Conference, now in its 5th year has a mission to create a revolutionary loving and learning space where minoritized community members can celebrate their struggles, rediscover their magic, and thrive together. Jason lives with his partner in North Minneapolis with their two dogs. When he’s not out being a - self described rabble rousing diva - Jason spends much of his time reading, woodworking and growing vegetables in his garden for family and friends.


Myat Thanda Tun, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader

Myat Thanda Tun, MA (she/her/hers) is originally from Myanmar, or Burma, in Southeast Asia. Myat holds a Bachelors of Economics degree from University of Yangon and earned her Master’s in Health and Human Services Administration from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is a certified IDI Administrator and InterCultural Conflict Styles. 

Myat believes that cultural competency is a journey of learning opportunities, in which individuals face transformational challenges that help them grow with time. Passion, compassion, positive intention, inclusive mindset, and empathy are critical to practice and believe in.

She was an Asia Pacific Leadership Fellow at the East-West Center, an educational and research organization established by the U.S. Congress in Honolulu, Hawaii and her studies at the East-West Center focused on intercultural leadership skills and cultural development. She had extensive professional experiences in Myanmar and in the United States, including Cross Cultural Conflict Training, Education and Leadership Coaching.

She speaks Burmese, English, basic Thai, while she still needs to improve her Somali language skill. She volunteers as a leading member of Theravada Buddhist Community in Minnesota and also at the local organizations and events.
