Benjamin Chan, Founder, Clymb Consulting

Ben is a Project Leadership Coach, Project Management Consultant, Speaker, and Podcaster. He is also the VP of Professional Development of the PMI Southern Alberta Chapter (PMI-SAC). Ben's passion is helping enable organizations and people to deliver better.

Ben started his career as a Computer Engineer for various startups but soon moved into Management Consulting where project management was a necessity for successful delivery. This has taken him on a diverse path across various industries and engagements, including Financial Services, Energy, Technology, Government, Supply Chain, Agri-chemical, and many more.

His journey inspired him to be a Project Leadership Coach, where he helps elevate his client's performance through an introspective discovery of their authentic project leadership.

Ben also runs his own podcast called the Organized Chaos Cafe focused on conversations and short-takes on project leadership and transformation for the everyday person.
