Agile Islands – Building Bridges
Many teams strive to be fully Agile, yet often operate in environments that aren’t as Agile as they hope. Agility is about embracing change, both from within and without. This session identifies how teams can successfully apply Agile principles while integrating with non-Agile teams—both laterally and vertically, including external teams. Gain insights on bridging these gaps and fostering alignment.

Strengthening Your Culture for Lasting Change
Agile transformations, much like personal fitness journeys, often fail—not due to flawed methodologies, but because of inconsistency, leadership, and mindset. This session explores how an organization approached its Agile transformation like a long-term fitness commitment by first strengthening its cultural core before making process changes. Learn how they built resilience, embraced change, and developed the organizational endurance needed to sustain meaningful transformation.
