Speakers:

Terri Kimball, Previous PMI Minnesota President and Currently Director of Governance  

Terri Kimball is a senior project engineer with 30 years of experience in project management, technical documentation and training. She has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and began her career managing astronaut procedures for NASA Space Shuttle missions. In her current job, she manages multi-million-dollar projects for export around the world and is responsible for training and coaching new project engineers. Terri has been a member of PMI-MN since 2000, currently serving as Director of Governance. Terri has been a PMP Exam Prep instructor since 2005 and was part of the global team that wrote the fifth edition update to the PMBOK® Guide. She has presented at PMI Leadership conferences, MNSU Mankato and St Cloud and local professional development conferences.

Ellie Johnson, M.S., CCSP is a dedicated Career Advisor at Saint Mary's 

Ellie Johnson, M.S., CCSP is a dedicated Career Advisor at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Ellie holds the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential from the National Career Development Association (NCDA), demonstrating her commitment to continued professional growth in career development. With a graduate degree in Counseling & Student Personnel, Ellie approaches her work through a holistic and student-centered lens. She not only assists students with general career guidance, but also supports students in building their confidence and identifying their authentic professional brand.  

Jean Seely, PMI La Crosse-Rochester Chapter President

Jean holds a master’s in project management from the University of Wisconsin Platteville and a bachelor’s in applied mathematics (computer science and mathematics) from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.  Jean has earned and maintained certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scaled Agile Scrum Master (SSM), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She is passionate about building effective teams, creating sustainable processes, and using data to make decisions.   

Santosh Mishra, PMI La Crosse-Rochester Chapter VP Finance

Santosh Mishra is a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in program and project management. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from BITS,Mesra—one of India’s premier technical institutes—and an MBA from Augsburg University, USA. He also holds multiple project management certifications, including PMP, ACP, and CSM.

Anaya Twum, PMP, Professional Development Chair PMI Minnesota

Anaya Twum is an IT Project Manager with experience in global projects and programs in the technology and non-profit space. She holds an MBA, PMP, and Scrum certification, and is currently completing a second master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy. Anaya is passionate about leading digital transformation projects, empowering women in leadership, and building strong communities through nonprofit work. She currently serves as board member of TeamWomen, committee chair for the Empower Gala and member of the Fund development committee. Additional Committee chair for Professional Development - PMI- MN and a member of 3M's women leadership network leadership team. 

Anna Flewellen, Membership Chair PMI Minnesota

Anna holds a BSB in MIS and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She is a certified PMP since 2017 and currently works as a Project Director at Prime Therapeutics with extensive experience as a business and IT program and project manager in the healthcare industry. Anna is the Membership Committee Chair for PMI-MN and has mentored students at Carlson as well as fellow project managers at work. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, continuous learning, and empowering others to grow in their careers.
