Ben Chan, PMP, P.Eng, CMC, ASM
Ben is a Project Leadership Coach helping to transform project managers to elevate their approach to deliver exceptional outcomes through authentic leadership. He believes that by integrating critical-thinking, a strategic mindset, and management consulting skills with project delivery frameworks, project managers will be able to realize better results for their project and their career. At his core, Ben loves to help people discover how they can “level-up” and make their ideas become tangible.
As a coach, project leader, and a management consultant, he has over 15 years of experience in various industries, including Fintech, Banking, Energy, Government, and Software, while leading a variety of project types such as Strategy Development, Software Implementation, and Business Process Improvement. His drive and unique approach to project delivery has made him a highly sought after coach and project leader.
In addition to his work, he is also the VP of Professional Development for PMI Southern Alberta Chapter (SAC) and hosts the project leadership-focused podcast, the Organized Chaos Café.
Ben graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He also holds certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
