The seminar is based on Dr. Mike Clayton’s book The Influence Agenda: A systematic approach to aligning Stakeholders in Times of Change focus on Political Acumen. Projects would be straightforward if it were not for the people. And, whenever you have two people in a room, you have politics. DR. MIKE CLAYTON
Dr. Mike Clayton has been a lifelong learner. Following his PhD, he worked in Project Management consulting for the London office of Deloitte, working with global and large national clients. It was there he learned the importance of active stakeholder engagement and positive involvement in project politics – both within his client projects and within the wider consulting firm.
Since 2002, Mike has been a trainer, author, speaker, and trusted advisor, launching his online PM training business in 2016. OnlinePMCourses.com now has nearly 5,000 students and a far wider community using his free content, which includes on 3,000 word authoritative article, and two videos, every week.
Now, Mike is an active YouTuber, with around 45,000 subscribers to his PM channel at https://www.youtube.com/onlinepmcourses. This makes it one of the largest active YouTube
