This session will feature a panel discussion with 5 prominent healthcare executives, answering questions on what they learned and how they managed through the COVID-19 pandemic. The session will focus on the innovation opportunities presented by COVID-19 and underlying issues uncovered in the process. The panel will feature medical providers, technology leaders and clinical leaders from leading healthcare systems, and will be jointly moderated by Manish Kalra (Chief Operating Officer, PMI MN) and Brantlee Underhill (Global Managing Director, PMI).

• Susan Pleasants, MD MBA is the Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Vice President for Informatics at M Health Fairview, a 12 hospital, 56 clinic, 34,000 employee health system in Minnesota.
• Julie Flaschenriem is a patient-centered Healthcare CIO (Hennepin Healthcare) with a reputation for leading enterprise-level business transformation and leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and reduce the total cost of care.
