Lunch & Learn - Let’s Get Intentional About Behavior Change

Let’s Get Intentional About Behavior Change Adoption & Sustainability

Decades of research show that the majority of improvement initiatives fail to meet performance expectations. We believe this performance expectation disconnect occurs because:

  • Lack of leadership involvement and ongoing, effective engagement, and
  • Specific desired behavior changes are not adequately identified and prioritized.

This Lunch & Learn presentation takes a practitioner’s viewpoint primarily focusing on Behavior Management key concepts and an Exercise applicable to the participants’ own personal leadership behaviors. We will also highlight selected “Integrated Methodology” tools applicable to attendee’s digital transformation / change initiative project management roles and responsibilities.
