Chapter Dinner: Want Accountability? Start with Empathy

We are so proud to have Bethel University as our sponsor for this event!

There are many ways to achieve exceptional projects. One of the most overlooked aspects of leadership is the need to balance accountability with empathy. So often people get promoted because of technical work skills and then find they lack effective people skills.

This engaging presentation will highlight the “how to” of some of the most powerful work you and your people will ever do: hold others to a high standard of performance + excellence while maintaining positive relational connections.
