Emotional and Cultural Intelligence & New Member Orientation

Did you just become a member of PMI MN? Have you been a member but don't know how to get involved? Or are you looking for ways to expand your Project Management experience outside of your job?

Well, we have the perfect event for you! Please join us at the Bethel University on May 21st for an evening of networking, food, and refreshments. We'll have presentations from our PMI committee leaders so you can learn more about the chapter and decide how you want to get involved. And, as a bonus, we have a fantastic speaker, Dr. Jeanine Parolini discussing Emotional and Cultural Intelligence.

Here's a snippet of Dr. Parolini’s speech:

An array of literature exists on the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) and cultural intelligence (CI). At the same time, there is a gap in studies of how the two function effectively together. Missing one or both may negatively impact one’s career.

Yet how might the integration of the two empower one’s personal and professional life?

As a project manager and leader, take your EI and CI skills to the next level through this session focused on analyzing and evaluating the integration of EI and CI in one’s personal and professional life.

We look forward to seeing you at this event and we are so proud to be hosting this event at Bethel University and having them as our sponsor for this event!
