Unity in Diversity: Celebrating Pride Month and Juneteenth

Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion as we commemorate Pride Month and Juneteenth, two significant milestones in our journey toward diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In this special event, we will bring together individuals from diverse racial backgrounds, abilities, and identities to share their stories, insights, and experiences.

Our panelists represent a spectrum of perspectives. Through their lived experiences, they will shed light on the intersectionality of identity, the importance of allyship, and the ongoing fight for equality and justice.

This event is an opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, foster understanding, and reaffirm our commitment to building a more inclusive and equitable society for all. Together, we can create a future where every individual is valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Cody Wagner, Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Cody Wagner currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at C.H. Robinson, a global fortune 500 organization helping companies solve their logistics needs. He joined C.H. Robinson in January of 2020 to build their DEI program, (with no crystal ball to predict what that year would bring). This included launching employee resource groups, global DEI training, setting aspirational goals for the organization and creating methods of accountability. Cody brings more than 15 years of HR and DEI experience having worked previously at the corporate offices of Edina Realty, Target, Buffalo Wild Wings and Ameriprise Financial. Cody has been a featured podcast panelist and trainer on the topics of DEI, building your personal brand and employee relations best practices in the workplace.

A lifelong Minnesota native, Cody received his bachelor’s degree in mass communication and women’s studies from Augsburg University. Cody has 7 siblings and 24 (at last count) nieces and nephews.

An avid consumer of pop culture, Cody loves music, movies and all things fragrance. He watches far too much Bravo, drinks copious amounts of iced coffee, loves long weekend brunches and can’t resist a walk around one of the lakes.
