Industrial Integration & Agile in Manufacturing

Industrial integration and manufacturing projects combine mechanics, electronics, software, and industrial processes—resulting in an incredibly complex environment. These projects require cross-functional teams of specialists from various engineering disciplines, working in an industry where complexity continues to rise while project requirements evolve. This session explores strategies for navigating these challenges and ensuring project success.

Lead By: Karen Komafung

Agility in Highly Regulated Environments

How can organizations adopt Agile in industries with strict regulatory requirements? This session explores the challenges of implementing Agile practices in a highly regulated medical technology environment. Explore how aligning Agile practices with regulatory requirements, securing leadership buy-in through targeted workshops, and supporting teams with tailored Agile frameworks helped this company achieve their goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Agile Islands – Building Bridges

Many teams strive to be fully Agile, yet often operate in environments that aren’t as Agile as they hope. Agility is about embracing change, both from within and without. This session identifies how teams can successfully apply Agile principles while integrating with non-Agile teams—both laterally and vertically, including external teams. Gain insights on bridging these gaps and fostering alignment.

Strengthening Your Culture for Lasting Change

Agile transformations, much like personal fitness journeys, often fail—not due to flawed methodologies, but because of inconsistency, leadership, and mindset. This session explores how an organization approached its Agile transformation like a long-term fitness commitment by first strengthening its cultural core before making process changes. Learn how they built resilience, embraced change, and developed the organizational endurance needed to sustain meaningful transformation.
