Dinner: Managing Projects from Beginning to End - An Interactive Experience (Part 2)

Have you ever wanted a class that took you through the life of a project from beginning to end, walking you through the project management tools and giving you all the big tips and tricks in a chronological way that actually makes sense? Well, here is your chance!

This fun and interactive experience will take you through all the steps of managing a project, from the charter at the beginning to the lessons learned at the end. There will even be a special carve-out on how to get a project back on track when things don’t go as planned.

Learn together with other PMs as you go through real world scenarios and get a sense of how things really work. You will leave this class with the knowledge and tools you need to tackle your next project with confidence and in an organized way.

Because this class will cover a lot of ground it will be offered in two parts. Please sign up for BOTH the May class and the August class.

Please bring your preferred note-taking tools and come ready to participate and have some FUN!
