Hear about Robin's experience as Life Time's IT PMO Director, as she helped to guide the organization to a new way of working as she was learning it herself. Hear how Jeff, as an Agile coach and trainer, assisted Robin and the rest of the organization to adapt Scrum and to eventually own their own agility. Two years later, Robin leads a PMO that includes traditional project management and is also a home to Life Time's Scrum Masters and internal Agile coaches. Attendees will learn about the evolution of teams and improvements in collaboration, leaving with actionable insights to apply in their own organizations.
