Mike Clark, Andersen Corporation, Director of IT Operations & Security

 Mike Clark has responsibility for the leadership of IT operations supporting all three Andersen divisions. This includes technology infrastructure and information security. Mike began his employment with Andersen in 1997 leading various infrastructure and application teams and projects. He has focused on technology strategy, governance and program management. Prior to joining Andersen, Mike spent four years at Ernst & Young LLP as a CPA in roles that included financial audit, information technology audit and information security consulting. He holds a bachelor of science degree double major in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Drake University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He has held certifications as a Certified Public Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Microsoft Systems Engineer and Project Management Professional. His non-profit service has extended two decades. He has served as board chair and is a volunteer for FamilyMeans; a human services non-profit organization based in Stillwater, Minnesota. He has also served as board chair and is a volunteer for Neighborhood House; a multi-cultural human services non-profit organization based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
