In this session, we will explore at least 10 tips
and techniques that Project Management practitioners can apply in any situation
to improve their team's responsiveness to change as well as increase their
ability to deliver value. While the techniques explored have a foundation
in many of the popular Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, this workshop will show
that they are universal and can be applied in any workplace. Participants
will explore the content through a variety of exercises, scenarios and games
and leave with the ability to begin immediately applying what they've learned
in the real-world.
