Barbee Davis is an Omaha, Nebraska, U.S based PMP. She has a B.A. in Education, an M.A., and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP). She has over 22 years of experience in training and consulting. She has written and facilitated technical training for IBM Corporation and has designed and implemented projects in a variety of industries, and managed large projects for many national corporations. She is experienced in government, education, healthcare, banking, IT, and the construction industry.

Barbee Davis Currently writes a semi-monthly column for the Project Management Institute (PMI), “Community Post”, which reaches over 400,000 Project Managers around the world, in which she guides project managers to more successful projects. She is also a published author and has written 3 books. Her latest book is called “Agile Practices for Waterfall Projects: Shifting Processes for Competitive Advantage” in which Ms. Davis combined both the concepts of Agile and Waterfall methods of Project Management.
