Join us to learn about conflict management from Rich Garman.


Rich Garman currently oversees North Dakota business development projects for Great River Energy. His current project portfolio ($100M+) consists of the Stanton Station demolition project and for the Spiritwood Energy Park portfolio of projects.

Rich has over 28 years of experience managing projects in the energy industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Mary. Rich is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP).

Rich has been an adjunct professor for the University of Mary since 2012 where he teaches courses in Project and Operations Management.
