Navigating Through Uncertain Times- Building Strength and Resilience  The evening will center around skill building and centering individuals' strengths to effectively deal with the impact of the pandemic.




Participants will learn:

(1) About Psychological response related to the pandemic
(2) At least 2 Relaxation skills
(3) Mindful Self-compassion

This will be an interactive session with a licensed clinical Psychotherapist. 

About the presenter:

Nikhil Kaistha is a clinical psychotherapist with a private practice in downtown Minneapolis. His work centers around the multidimensional aspect of healing informed by the individual's identity, culture, and spirituality, held in the tenderness of the heart space. Nikhil serves on the Board of RECLAIM and is an advisor to other Non profits tied to mental health. He is an adjunct faculty at Adler Graduate School, and his expertise includes supervision, holistic health modalities, trauma, LGBTQIAA+ health and multicultural counseling.
