Step into the fantastical world where AI (artificial intelligence) beckons, and alongside it, the call for EI (emotional intelligence) resounds louder than ever before. Even ChatGPT, our digital sage, nods in agreement, recognizing the paramount importance of EI amidst our growing reliance on AI.
This session will engage participants in critically thinking through the necessity of EI related to AI user experience enhancement, understanding user intent, ethical use of AI, trust building, and to mitigate AI bias and discrimination. Through interactive dialogue and hands-on exercises, project managers will determine how to use EI to wisely navigate the world of AI and coach others in its use.
